Keeping You Posted

A couple of years ago when the Trustees googled ‘Crieff Fellowship’, instead of finding easy access to our own website, we found ourselves being directed to Crieff Fellowship USA—of whose existence we had been blissfully unaware!

Our own website, such as it was, seemed to have virtually disappeared into cyberspace (we could only hope that it had not somehow come to rest in the ‘dark web’). It confirmed a nagging concern that we needed to create a new website which would be more readily accessible, and more practically useful. Moreover the creation of such a website seemed an appropriate way to mark the 50th anniversary of the Crieff Fellowship.

It’s our hope, therefore, that this new website will itself give expression of all that lies at the heart of the Crieff Fellowship.

First, we hope it’ll be a better way of keeping our members informed. The Crieff Fellowship was from the start built on the strength of our mutual relationships, and particularly when we are not often able to meet together in person, it’s all the more important that deliberate steps are taken to keep in touch.

Communicating

Integral to all that the Crieff Fellowship has been about from the very beginning has been the support and encouragement we are able to give to each other. It’s our hope that the website will in one way and another prove to afford just such encouragement and support to our members—and indeed to all who visit it.

Encouraging

The Crieff Fellowship has at its heart the concern to ensure that those who minister the Word of God are themselves well ministered to—and providing ready access to edifying and instructive resources is one of the hopes that we have for this website.

Resourcing

Fifty years on from when the Crieff Fellowship came into being we give thanks to the Lord for His great faithfulness and for every way in which in our fellowship together we have known grace in abundance from our God and Saviour in pursuit of our high calling as ministers of God’s Word.

May He continue to sustain and strengthen His servants in the face of all the challenges which such ministry today must bring—and may we each stand firm, letting nothing move us, giving ourselves fully to the work of the Lord, knowing that our labour in the Lord is not in vain!
